Mulders retractable folding arm awnings can significantly increase living area by providing extra shade These awnings are fully retractable, made from premium grade sun and rain resistant fabrics

When extended, no other supports are required.

These awnings are ideal for patios, terraces and open air restaurants.

Our awnings are made to withstand harsh sun and allow you to enjoy your deck or patio to the fullest.

The cantilever design is supported by strong spring tensioned arms.

You have full control over your shade area with easy to use fully motorized or crank handle systems.

Our motorized awnings included wind sensors which conveniently extend or retract the awning automatically.

All materials are designed to resist sun and rain.

We use high quality UV stabilised thread or high frequency welding to give clean, durable seams.

We have a huge range of over 500 colour options with total block out, partial blockout or semi transparent materials available.

Our largest awning can extend/project up to 3.1 meters off the wall.

Awning sizes start from 1.6m.

Widths start from 2.7m and be a wide as 6.0m.

Only heavy duty materials are used in this arm.

Galvanised tubes, heavy duty arms plus powerful 7:1 gearbox are all part of the base design All our designs are fully CAD driven and customers can expect end to end support on the initial design and manufacturing process.

A Melbourne based showroom has comprehensive material displays or take a look at our 'on-line showroom'.
