Multi Top Floor ensures highly durable, beautiful new floor graces the interior of St.Gregory's Church in Cheltenham.

Regarded by many leading architect, interior designers and property developers as one of the most exciting hardwood flooring ranges, Multi Top Floor would ensure that St.Gregory's Church in Cheltenham would enjoy a highly durable, beautiful new floor that would grace the interior of this stunning Grade II listed building for many years to come.

The Church was designed by the famous architect, Charles Hansom and contains many beautiful stained glass windows, crafted by the John Hardman Studios of Warley, Worcestershire, six of which are original, the others dating from 1857 - 1900.

There are many fine stone carvings including the reredos behind the High Altar, the Pulpit front, altar fronts and a magnificent set of Stations of the Cross around the walls.

270m2 of Multi Top Floor XL European Rustic Oak was installed throughout the Church.

Along with high performance and aesthetical appeal, Multi Top Floor was particularly chosen for this project as it would be compatible with the new underfloor heating system installed within the Church.

The composition of a 7mm solid wood wear-layer and a 18mm exterior grade birch plywood core ensures that the durability and stability of Multi Top Floor XL European Rustic Oak is impressive.

Suitable for installation within a wide variety of environments including hotels, restaurants, bars, retail locations and residential properties, Multi Top Floor really is a luxury hardwood floor of great beauty and versatility.

"The renovation of St.Gregory's Church was a challenging and fascinating project, and we were delighted to provide Multi Top Floor as we knew that it would not only guarantee a visually stunning new wood floor, but that it could be installed in conjunction with the under floor heating system, whilst maintaining outstanding performance properties", commented Amanda Whitehead, UK Operations Manager, Multi Top Floor Limited.
