Multibuild On A Winning Streak With Gala
Bingo
The recent bingo boom has seen leading contractor Multibuild getting all the numbers right with a £1million fit-out of a Gala Bingo Club in Carlisle.
Situated on the first floor of the Englishgate Plaza leisure complex in Carlisle, the new high-tech venue was converted from a builders' shell into a stylish bingo club, with a seating capacity of almost 1000, a large bar and diner The £1m fit-out of the new venue comprised the mechanical and electrical works, joinery, bar fittings and decorative finishings including an impressive crescent-shaped 'starburst' three-dimensional ceiling feature over the stage
A major challenge for Multibuild during the project was gaining access to the venue without tying up the main access to the building, so a 2m x 2m access void in the side of the building was used to transport 90% of materials into the building.
