Multibuild Scores Triple Win With Travel

Multibuild, growing contractors in the UK, has netted three major contracts from Whitbread Plc for Travel Inn hotels and adjoining Whitbread restaurants in Manchester, Stafford and Southport.
The three contracts will run simultaneously with Multibuild constructing and fitting-out a total of 220 bedrooms in just 31 weeks All three of the projects are scheduled to be completed for September 2004

The UK's leading construction and fit-out specialist, Multibuild, has completed its £1.25m transformation of an old cinema in the centre of Durham into a Walkabout Australian theme bar.
The contract win trio comprises an 80 bed hotel in Chorlton, Manchester with a Brewers Fayre pub restaurant, an 80 bed hotel in Southport, and a 60 bed hotel in Stafford, both with adjoining Brewsters family restaurants.
The contract wins mark a new phase in the relationship between Multibuild and Whitbread.
Following the successful completion of many other projects such as a recent 20 bed extension of the hotel in Hartlepool Marina and new build hotel in Newcastle-Under-Lyme; Whitbread has chosen to strengthen its partnership with Multibuild with the award of three new build contracts, which will run concurrently.
