Multibuild are to construct a new cosmetic surgery hospital in Manchester for private healthcare specialist Covenant Healthcare Ltd .
Private Healthcare specialist Covenant Healthcare Ltd has awarded a £1.7m contract to leading contractor Multibuild for the creation of a cosmetic surgery hospital in Gatley, Manchester for its subsidiary, Transform Medical Group The new facility will consist of 16 private bedrooms, each with en-suite facilities, 2 twin rooms, a four bed day unit, two operating theatres and an office and administration area

The UK's leading construction and fit-out specialist, Multibuild, has completed its £1.25m transformation of an old cinema in the centre of Durham into a Walkabout Australian theme bar.
The project will involve Multibuild creating two extensions to an existing building, fitting-out the facility including installing specialist equipment and hygienic surfaces throughout the clinic, furnishing the office areas, creating an associated car park and landscaping the area.
The contract will run simultaneously with a second awarded by Covenant Healthcare, for the creation of an acute psychiatric clinic in Gisburne, Lancashire.
