Leading contractor Multibuild is on winning form with the completion of a new GBP 4.3million hotel for Express by Holiday Inn - Leicester Walkers Stadium The 110-bedroom hotel is situated approximately 100 metres from the stadium and features a bar and a breakfast room on the ground floor of the building, in addition to an external pub/restaurant within the hotel grounds

The 44-week project involved the design and construction of the 5-storey concrete-frame building and the creation of a single-storey external building for the pub/restaurant.
