Leading contractor Multibuild has transformed an old motorbike speedway in Middlesbrough into the North-East's most impressive football centre in a GBP 1.5 million project for major operating company Goals Soccer Situated on the banks of the River Tees, the centre features the best facilities in the North-East with 10 x 5-a-side pitches, 2 x 7-a-side pitches, a large viewing pavilion and reception, full changing facilities, a bar/restaurant and car parking for 110 vehicles

Breadth of services from construction and fit-out contractor Multibuild demonstrated by GBP2.2 million project to create a new hotel and restaurant complex at Rhuddlan, North Wales.
The 28 week project involved the clearing and levelling of the site, design, construction and fitting-out of the pavilion building, installing the 12 rubber-crumb synthetic grass system all weather pitches, and all external works.
Due to the proximity of the river, the centre's pavilion building was built using a raised patio system to prevent problems with ground water.
Following the successful completion of the project Multibuild has been awarded a GBP 3.2 million contract for the creation of another Goals Soccer centre in Sheffield.
