Multibuild puts latest hotel project to
bed
New 3.4 million pound contract win has added to the growing success which construction and fit-out contractor Multibuild is enjoying in the hotel and leisure sector.
New 3.4 million pound contract win has added to the growing success which construction and fit-out contractor Multibuild is enjoying in the hotel and leisure sector The company has successfully tendered to create a new 90-bed hotel for the Sleep-Inn chain, and will look after all aspects of the project
The 42-week project will see Multibuild create the new hotel in the Heartlands Parkway area of Birmingham.
In addition to the guest accommodation the hotel complex will also incorporate a cafe bar, a meeting room, a restaurant and breakfast area and a full range of administration offices.
Underlining its ability to provide the customer with a true one-stop solution to all their requirements Multibuild will also undertake the fitting out of the completed building.
