The second phase of a major retail development refurbishment project has been awarded to construction and fit-out contractor Multibuild, shortly after the company successfully completed the project's initial phase Manchester based Housing Units of Hollinwood has appointed Multibuild to convert an existing warehouse into a new retail area with dedicated storage facilities
Under the £320,000 contract Multibuild will handle all the structural alterations and fit out work, plus the necessary modifications to the building's exterior.
This is phase 2 of a project that has already seen Multibuild completely refurbish an existing first floor retail area at the Housing Units complex and add new cafe and restaurant facilities.
