Leisure sector contract boost for
Multibuild
Two of the latest contract wins by Multibuild have underlined its growing reputation in the leisure sector.
Although the company undertakes many different types of construction and fit-out projects, two of the latest contract wins by Multibuild have underlined its growing reputation in the leisure sector The first of the two contracts - which have a combined value of almost £2.5 million - will see Multibuild construct a 30 bedroom extension to the existing Village Hotel in Newcastle-upon-Tyne
This contract has a 31-week project schedule and follows other similar work which Multibuild has completed for De Vere Hotels and Leisure Under the second contract Multibuild will construct a new public house and restaurant at Laughton Common in Rotherham.
Undertaken on behalf of Cloverleaf Pubs this contract is expected to last for 24 weeks.
