Four new contract wins have added an extra boost to the high profile which construction and fit-out contractor Multibuild is enjoying in the hotel and leisure sector.

The UK's leading construction and fit-out specialist, Multibuild, has completed its £1.25m transformation of an old cinema in the centre of Durham into a Walkabout Australian theme bar.
The first project - on which work has already started - will see Multibuild add a new 3-storey, 50 bedroom extension to the Premier Travel Inn at North Shields on Tyneside.
Multibuild will also construct a new extension to the Premier Travel Inn at nearby Stockton on Tees, and this will add a further 28 bedrooms to the hotel's capacity.
The third project involves the creation of a 24-bedroom extension for the Premier Travel Inn in Lancaster.
The last of these contracts will see Multibuild undertake the refurbishment of an existing hotel premises into a new 140-bed Premier Travel Inn in Newcastle.
This 26-week project will also include all the necessary external works.
