Multibuild awarded third stage of major
contract
After successfully completing work on prestigious Cadbury House Hotel and Country Club near Bristol, Multibuild has now been awarded a third stage.
After successfully completing two phases of work worth GBP5.8 Million on the prestigious Cadbury House Hotel and Country Club near Bristol, leading construction and fit-out contractor Multibuild has now been awarded a third stage Under phase three the company will build a new block of bedroom accommodation adjoining the existing hotel
Worth an additional GBP5 Million this contract will extend the hotel's capacity by 72 bedrooms and is scheduled to last 31 weeks.
The first two stages have seen Multibuild construct a brand new Health Club and Spa facility and completely refurbish the existing conference and banqueting suite at the Club, which is one of the leading facilities of its kind in the UK.
