GBP6m contract wins for Multibuild
Two new contract wins have added over GBP6m to order books of leading construction and fit-out contractor Multibuild.
Two new contract wins have added over GBP6m to the order books of leading construction and fit-out contractor Multibuild The company has been retained by one of the UK's leading primary healthcare developers, LSP Developments, to construct and fit out a new medical centre in Bolton
The 53-week project will include the creation of a new 3-storey building and the addition of an extension to the adjoining church premises.
Multibuild will also construct two new car-parking areas and complete the necessary landscaping works.
The second project will see Multibuild undertake the fit-out of newly built premises in Preston to create a brand new bingo club for Buckingham Bingo.
The project, on which work has already started, will take 22 weeks to complete.
