Multibuild modular systems for Premier Inn

Multibuild has completed the GBP3.7m extension and refurbishment of a Premier Inn hotel adjacent to The Trafford Centre in Manchester on behalf of Peel Holdings.

The contractor employed a modular system to construct the 73 bedroom extension, which was set upon strip foundations then clad with brick and feature block work to match that of the existing building.

The hotel's existing restaurant was also extended at the rear of the hotel with the addition of a conservatory type structure.

The project was completed with the refurbishment of the reception area, bringing the hotel's interior completely up-to-date.
