Munters, the property damage restoration company, has added new dates to its series of free seminars around the country.
The Flood Forum was founded to provide a 'single view' on flood damage claims and to represent industry 'best practice'.
It has recently released a guide called 'The Investigation and Repair of Flood Damaged Domestic Properties - A Guide for the Insurance Industry', which covers all aspects of the floods claim process.
The document immediately came into use in the Carlisle floods as a reference document by major adjusters and suppliers.
The category is judged on the quality of service offered to claimants, whether through a routine claims service or following research into particular claims issues.
Munters has also been short-listed for the Training Award for its online training scheme, 'The Munters Academy', which was developed in conjunction with The Working Manager .
The event at the Royal Albert Hall, in London on July 6, is entering its second decade and seen by many to be the industry leader in insurance award events.
"We are delighted that the Flood Repairs Forum has been nominated for this award," commented Munters divisional director, Alasdair Phillips.
"Munters is always keen to share its knowledge and experience with its partners in the insurance industry and this nomination represents the consortium's success in promoting industry best practice".
