Architects can add bespoke character and outstanding value to their developments with the launch of an innovative and environmentally friendly new range of modular balconies from Neaco Designed to provide an easy-to-install finishing touch, Spectrum Modular Balconies comprise a range of pre-cast components which are fully recyclable and available in a wide choice of brilliant colours

Specifiers can choose from rounded or rectangular balcony designs, in stainless steel or nylon coated aluminium.

Customised options are also available on request.

"Spectrum Modular Balconies are assembled without welding - their components are manufactured off site and connected using internal fixtures," said Neaco's sales director, Alan Green.

"This means minimal mess and no disruption on site and the systems are very straightforward to install, either by the contractor's construction team or Neaco's own staff." Spectrum Modular Balconies are provided as part of Neaco's acclaimed Spectrum modular handrail and balustrade range, available in stainless steel or nylon coated aluminium.
