Techdek is a versatile product that is suitable for a multitude of other applications, including staging, decking, balustrade infills and roof access walkways.
Capable of functioning as a walkway and/or a sunscreen, Louvredek greatly reduces the net heat gain (commonly in the order of 20-40%) of sunlight striking tinted or clear windows and is readily adaptable to specific design requirements.
Both systems offer modular aluminium components which are precision engineered off site and easy to assemble with no welding required.
The multi-million pound NV development comprises 246 apartments providing attractive and well planned layouts that offer the best use of internal space and best views to the main rooms.
The key design objective was to create a residential development which would differentiate itself from competing developments in Manchester and elsewhere on the basis of quality.
