Rack Deflektor is a cost effective, easy to install patented deflector to protect pallet racking uprights against expensive and potentially life-threatening structural damage.
Rack Deflektor, the moulded protectors are quickly and easily attached to racking in seconds with a unique serrated clip to form a protective bumper that minimises the force of fork truck collision that can damage racking frames, vehicles and operators.
Manufactured from a high visibility, non-fading yellow polyethylene outer shell with rubber insert shock absorber, the durable Rack Deflector will not rust or dent and has the ability to reform itself after impact.
As no fixings are required, there is no need to drill into the floor, making installation simple and alleviating floor damage on impact.
In the first instance, the Rack Deflector aims to avoid impact from occurring.
The deflectors' florescent colour alerts mechanical handling equipment operators to their location thereby providing them with safe operating boundaries.
Should a collision occur, the Rack Deflektor drastically reduces the power of the truck impact that can easily damage the structural integrity of racks and floors leading to health and safety issues and expensive repairs.
The Rack Deflektor slim fit means that there is absolute minimum bay and aisle intrusion so as not the reduce into safe working clearances..
Suitable for operation in all warehouse environments with temperature ranges down to -35degC, Rack Deflektor is a one time "insurance" investment that costs a fraction of rack repair or replacement.
Waterproof and chemical resistant, they can be quickly and simply removed for easy cleaning, inspection or in the event of the racking being repositioned.
