Following recent accidents involving vehicles on the worksite, NHBC has drawn up a list of tips which should be followed to ensure health and safety.
The qualification will be aimed at the 10,000 new home developments and 15,000 sales consultants nationwide.
Commenting on the programme, Sue Warwick, Fairclough Homes Sales and Marketing Director said: "Market expansion and legislation modifications have changed the role of the Sales Consultant forever".

Rob Lockey, NHBC Training Services Manager, has congratulated Tracey and Fairclough Homes for taking the lead with this programme.
Mr Lockey commented: "With increased competition in the market place and new homeowner satisfaction high on the agenda, sales staff must ensure that the buying and hand-over process is well managed".
"NHBC's programme for the Sale of Residential Property NVQ gives sales staff the skills and confidence to build customer relationships and ultimately sell homes more effectively." The NVQ in the Sale of Residential Property is a nationally recognised qualification.
It assesses an individual's competence in the areas of health, safety and security; customer relationships; marketing properties; advising prospective buyers and negotiating the sale of properties.
Optional units include conducting accompanied viewings around developments; qualifying prospective buyers; progressing sales to their conclusion; handing-over properties to customers; and negotiating part exchanges of properties.
