NHBC is focusing on revised Construction (Design and Management) regulations in its Site Management Safety Training Scheme course.

Site Management Safety Training Scheme (SMSTS) course runs in March and April of 2008 With the introduction of the revised Construction (Design and Management), builders and developers need to ensure that their managers are competent in identifying and minimising risks on site

Ensuring that site management staff's health and safety knowledge is up-to-date, can reduce the risk of accidents and increase the efficiency of developments.

NHBC's Health and Safety Manager Simon Mantle says "The CITB Site Management Safety Training Scheme breaks the information down over five days and offers a solid foundation in health and safety knowledge.

With a 97% pass rate, you can be confident in selecting NHBC to train your staff2.

This programme is highly regarded within the industry and by the Health and Safety Executive (HSE), allowing certificate holders to prove that they are competent in health and safety.

The majority of employers insist that all their site managers hold the SMSTS certificate.

Places are available for delegates to attend the course at the following locations on the following dates:.
