NHBC is re-running its series of highly successful one-day CDM Awareness open training courses.

NHBC CDM Awareness open training courses examine the roles and responsibilities of each duty holder under the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2007 These regulations, introduced in April 2007, affect every aspect of health and safety on site for every role in the industry

This includes clients, designers, developers, and contractors as well as those in technical roles.

NHBC's Health and Safety Manager Simon Mantle said: "In order to ensure compliance with the regulations it is essential that everyone involved understands their responsibilities and how each role inter-relates with every other role".

Places are available for delegates to attend the course at the following locations on the following dates:.

Falkirk - March 4, 2008.

Milton Keynes - March 11, 2008.

Southampton - March 12, 2008.

London - March 13, 2008.

Birmingham - March 18, 2008.

Manchester - March 19, 2008.

Newcastle - March 25, 2008.
