NIFL installed a series of pathways and driveways in resin bound aggregate to a university in North Yorkshire.
The resin bound system manufactured by Addagrip Surface Treatments and installed by NIFL Resin Flooring was installed at 15mm nominal thickness to a large area of the university campus.
The system comprised of natural aggregates bound in clear resin to produce Addagrip's Addaset Resin Bound Paving.
It was said that the comparison to the existing macadam and loose gravel pathways was very favourable.
The pathways were specified Addaset in order to conform with the University's Disability Policy as Addaset has excellent slip resistant qualities and also provides a very steady and reliable surface underfoot for wheelchair access.
