NOW Recruitment, have re-branded their Construction (Technical) division as Construction Professionals following and internal re-branding exercise ignited by client, candidate and staff feedback.

NOW Recruitment hopes that, by re-branding the division to reflect their true area of expertise, clients and candidates will be clearer as to what services are on offer from the company.
The Construction Professionals division operates within NOW Recruitment branches based in Birmingham (HQ), Bristol, Newcastle, Nottingham, Edinburgh and recently launched Southampton.
"Over the past few months we have been looking at the brand of our company as a whole and also as separate businesses," says Simon Winfield Managing Director of NOW's Construction Professionals Division.
"It had become apparent to us that the 'technical' term could have applied to recruitment in many industries, not just Construction.
As a company we knew we needed to make our recruitment offering very clear in order to attract the right kind of business and grow.
We feel that the new Construction Professionals name does this.
NOW Recruitment's Construction Professionals division works with construction companies all over the UK to supply them with quality professional candidates spanning roles such as Site Supervision, Engineering, Surveying and Project Management to name but a few.
"Many of our existing contracts are based on us having developed relationships with clients due to our clear brand messages and quality of service," adds Simon.
"We get clients the right people, at the right time.
Our offering is unparalleled and we understand the needs of clients operating within the industry.
Re-naming the division is the first in a long line of new initiatives for NOW Recruitment.
