Award-winning construction industry employment specialists, NOW Recruitment, have appointed Lisa Watson as Recruitment Consultant within the Trades and Labour division of the company's Newcastle-based branch Lisa Watson (24) from Newcastle-Upon-Tyne will be working alongside senior members of the team to develop her skills in recruitment for the Trades and Labour sector of Newcastle's thriving construction industry

ART VPS's Lee Griggs Selected As Maya Master
Lee Griggs, a product specialist with ART VPS, has been named one of six Maya Masters for 2004.
Her main focus will lie in working with colleagues to develop new and existing relationships with construction companies across the region.
She will also take responsibility for sourcing temporary, skilled and un-skilled candidates such as Bricklayers, Carpenters, Maintenance Staff, Joiners and Labourers, for potential roles.
"Having just returned from a year spent travelling around the world I feel that I have developed many skills which will help to develop me in my new role," says Lisa.
"While on my travels I was faced with different challenges, met lots of new people from different cultures and learnt to be flexible in whatever environment I was placed in - all of which I feel I can use in my new role at NOW." Lisa's workplace experience lies in working for the AA (Automobile Association) as a Senior Advisor.
"This role involved a lot of multi-tasking, selling and customer service - all of which are skills needed in recruitment consultancy.
NOW Recruitment is a great company to work for, they seem to be ever growing and are very fast-paced.
I'm very pleased to have joined a company such as this one," adds Lisa.
NOW Recruitment's Trades and Labour division works with construction companies and contractors across the UK to supply temporary and permanent candidates.
As well as Newcastle, the company also has offices in Ashford, Birmingham (HQ), Bristol, Cardiff, Edinburgh, Newcastle, Nottingham, Southampton and Sydney, Australia.
"Although Lisa is new to the recruitment industry I believe she already shows many of the key skills needed to carve out an exciting and challenging role for herself within recruitment," says Simon Winfield, Managing Director of the Construction division.
