It's full steam ahead for Southampton based construction employment specialists, NOW Recruitment, following a successful 6-month period of business.

Since NOW's launch in April, the company has been responding to a massive demand for its services from Southampton based construction companies "The response to us from companies both in Southampton and surrounding has been fantastic," says Simon Winfield, Managing Director of NOW's Construction division

"Southampton was our first south based office.

Opening here was a massive step forward for the company, but it has paid off.

From the first week of opening we have been pro-actively getting out there and introducing ourselves to companies across the region.

We were the new boys in town, but have quickly become a name with which companies associate quality and first-class service." NOW Recruitment works with construction companies across the UK to secure both temporary and permanent employment for professional and trades and labour construction candidates such as Site Managers, Site Supervisors, Contract Managers, Engineers, Bricklayers, Carpenters, Maintenance Staff, Joiners and Labourers.

NOW Recruitment has also seen a steady increase in the amount of Southampton based construction candidates contacting the company on a daily basis.

"There are so many skilled people out there looking for work within construction companies be it temporary or permanent," says Simon.

"Our client/candidate matchmaking skills has worked very well, with a high number of candidates having temporary contracts extended or being taken on permanently.

We have the talent, and our pool is only getting bigger.

We're keen to make contact with companies who are looking for the best professional construction candidates that the southern region has to offer.".
