Norbain SD Celebrates Employees' Long
Service
In celebration of sustained staff dedication, Norbain SD Limited, Europe's largest distributor of CCTV and Access Control equipment, has introduced an innovative Long Service Award programme.
From this point onward, staff members who have worked for the company from between ten and thirty years plus will receive additional rewards in recognition of the part they have played in the company's continuing success Victoria Bori, Human Resources Director for Norbain, said: "We know from our own research that customers place tremendous value on staff continuity
Members of staff that know customers by name and personally understand and take an interest in their business are far more able to meet their needs effectively and build the kind of relationship that, as we have seen, can last decades.
At Norbain we are very proud of the fact that out of a total staff complement of 250, we currently have 25 members of staff that have been with the company for more than ten years.
We are all looking forward to 2004, where this total is set to almost double to 49.".
