Norbain SD has introduced yet another industry pioneering initiative called Service Parts Plus.

The introduction of this unique value added service offering is intended to assist installers quickly find essential replacement components for legacy security systems.

Most distributors and manufacturers won't incur the costs associated with the stocking of such specialist items on the off chance that security installers may urgently require them in the future.

As a result, the introduction of Service Parts Plus, a vast collection of keenly priced legacy CCTV and Access Control components ready for next day dispatch, is intended to alleviate the frustration often felt by installers when trying to locate specific legacy components.

"We regularly talk to our customers about how we can improve our service levels and make their lives that little bit easier," explains Huw Edwards, Norbain's marketing communications manager.

"Accounts of the troubles they'd had sourcing legacy components prompted us to support them by expanding our offering in this area.
