Norbain has brought interactive warning signage supplier Signalight on-board to further increase the range of solutions available to customers.

Signalight signs offer the most powerful and eye-catching way there is of delivering messages and instructions in the workplace or public domain An in-built motion-sensor activates a message as soon as movement is detected

This means that individuals who work or function within a given proximity are immediately prompted to act or alerted to a potential hazard.

In the case of CCTV, they are very visually made aware that CCTV is being used and that, for example, digital recording is in operation.

Because the signs activate upon detection of motion, they work as an extremely effective interactive deterrent, with particular emphasis on applications such as car park security and public space security.

The clear, high-impact illuminated messaging is simple to install and very energy-efficient thanks to the LED technology which offers low maintenance and running costs.

Motion-sensor technology activates the sign by instantly illuminating the message and the detection range is approximately 20-25m.

"We're delighted to be able expand our range of solutions to incorporate this state-of-the-art messaging technology," says Norbain's Paul Wong, divisional director - branded products and technical services.

"The signage can be used just about anywhere thanks to its weatherproof design and highly visable message that can be tailored for each location".

"We belive that Norbain is the most prominent distributor in the industry and so form the perfect partner for us in bringing this technology to the widest possible market," says Penny Chatburn, Sales Director of Signalight.

"We will be working together to ensure that customers receive the best service and product offering possible.".
