Norbain has been awarded exclusive distributorship in the UK (excluding Northern Ireland) of the new Bosch LTC 0440 series of colour cameras.

The LTC 0440 range consists of compact, rugged, 1/3" image format digital colour CCD cameras.

Their superior sensitivity, 480TVL resolution and picture quality provide optional performance in virtually all situations while th on-screen displays (OSD) provide quick and easy access to all camera features.

Each camera comes with a lens wizard that automatically detects the type of lens installed and provides an OSD guide that allows the installer to easily adjust the lens level and focus without special tools or filters.

Automatic sensing for tracking white balance provides true-to-life colour images in indoor and outdoor applications.

The ability to operate on AC or DC provides added flexibility to system designs and reduces the amount of training and support items to keep on hand.

"We are delighted to agree an exclusive deal with Norbain for the supply of the LTC0440," says Malcolm Chadwick, distribution manager for Bosch.

"Norbain has become our number one channel partner for sales of our Dinion camera family and we believe that this deal will further accelerate the sales growth seen in recent years".

"I am pleased to be able to promote a camera which Norbain believe will appeal to a wide range of customer groups," says Buzz Coates, business development manager for branded products at Norbain.

"Customers buying from Norbain will be getting a lot more than just the equipment; as well as having internal resources dedicated to selling top Brands such as Bosch, we have a firm commitment to service excellence and unrivalled product choice.
