Roofers try Nu-Lok without climbing a ladder!

Nu-lok Roofing Systems (UK)is installing a unique demonstration rig at branches of its sole distributor, SIG Roofing Supplies Group.

Within only a few minutes, roofers can gain hands-on experience of fitting Nu-Lok's slate-effect system - without having to go up a ladder at all.

Nu-Lok's Managing Director, Mark Carmichael said: "This is an opportunity for contractors to try out a product for themselves without incurring any cost.

Rigs are already in place at Formerton Southampton, and Asphaltic Roofing Supplies at Swindon, Leicester, and Leeds.

Rigs will roll out nationwide as branches take on stocks of Nu-Lok." Comprising a high-strength, through-coloured ceramic tile fixed with snap clip and metal profile support, this innovative and revolutionary roofing system is faster to fit than traditional timber batten and nail arrangements.

"It requires only half the usual overlap contributing to valuable savings in weight, waste and cost," says Carmichael.

Nu-Lok has been fully proven over 15 years in North America, Australia and New Zealand.

Thousands of square metres have also been fitted in Northern Ireland, where the system was introduced three years ago.

The product is ideal for new build or repair of commercial or residential roofs and guaranteed for 50 years.
