Colin Whitehead, operations manager, Youngs Doors in Norwich, said: "To have the function of fire doors explained, and to witness a full-scale fire performance test by a UKAS-accredited independent body are vital elements in understanding the benefits of selecting and correctly installing fire doors.

The dangers and risks of non - compliance speak volumes".

'Timber Fire Doors Explained' is aimed at manufacturers, installers, property managers, specifiers and approved inspectors, takes place at Chiltern International Fire's test laboratory, High Wycombe.

Quote GFDE-A10 by 10 September to book at the discounted rate of GBP247.50 + VAT (TRADA members) and GBP279.00 + VAT (non-members).
