OCS Engineering is following up more than fifty positive leads after its most successful showing at Maintec - the national exhibition for professionals in maintenance and asset management Particular interest was shown in the company's leading edge energy-saving initiatives and the chemical free water treatment solution

Of particular interest was the total energy management solution, working with partners Evolve, we take an end to end approach in examining energy costs and environmental impact from commodity supply right through to emissions and disposal targeting a 30-35% reduction in energy costs within a 5 year payback which would result in a 30-40% reduction in carbon emissions.

One of the tactical solutions that attracted considerable interest included the ICE technology which promises to cut between 10%-15% on typical building energy costs at a time when they have increased by 60% more than 12 months ago.

Another tactical solution that was of interest to delegates was the chemical free water treatment initiative that kills all known classes of hazardous microbes which is totally non toxic and environmentally friendly.
