One Planet Products, the award winning sustainable products service, was launched at the House of Commons by Malcolm Wicks MP, Minister of State for Energy.

The Minister was joined by the One Planet Products Core Membership group, which includes some of the UKs leading developers, housing associations and architects, who are working with One Planet Products to drive a green supply chain and help reduce the environmental impact of housing developments One Planet Products is an award winning not-for-profit service being developed by leading environmental charity, BioRegional Development Group

Managed as a member led club it identifies potential suppliers of environmentally sustainable products and undertakes an assessment of the products and suppliers in relation to the One Planet Living principles.

Should the results be satisfactory the products are listed on the website along with the Code for Sustainable Homes credits available and environmental information, including CO2 and water saved.
