OBS has installed and commissioned a NATIVE BACnet Building Energy Management system in Innovation House
OBS has installed and commissioned a NATIVE BACnet Building Energy Management system in Innovation House, HML - Homeloan Management Limited's Operational centre, based in Padiham The NATIVE BACnet system gives full temperature control for each floor and also individually monitors and controls the temperature in specific meeting rooms
All of this along with Chillers, Air Handling Unit, and Boilers can be viewed on a head end PC in the building with a full graphics package.
These graphics can also be remotely viewed by modem from HML's Head Office in Skipton.
