Orbit Developments (Southern) strengthens its position in the South with a recent deal with OKI Europe, sponsors of recent FA Cup winners, Portsmouth FC.

OKI Printing Solutions, a leading provider of printers, faxes and multifunctional hardware, has taken 17,936 sq ft of high quality modern office space at Blays House, Wick Road, Egham on a 10 year lease at GBP23 per sq ft as its UK headquarters Set in extensive landscaped grounds close to Virginia Waters and Savill Garden, the recently refurbished accommodation is within easy reach of Egham and Ascot town centres, Heathrow Airport, and the national motorway network

Previously headquartered in Hounslow, Middlesex, the Japanese company has experienced a period of strong growth in the UK.

Also the UK headquarters of Grohe, Blays House is now fully let.

Jason Nash, project lead for OKI commented: "We are looking forward to moving into our new headquarters on the 9th of June".

"A defining factor in our choice of location was the first class customer service and excellent building management services offered by Orbit, which are all provided by a dedicated in-house team".

Jon Milton, Managing Director for Orbit Developments southern office comments: "OKI has grown considerably over recent years and the move will see approximately 90 employees' transfer to the new site at Blays House".

"As well as becoming the new UK HQ, Blays House will also operate as a bespoke training facility and data centre".
