Orbit Developments has signed up two new tenants at its property, Granite Building, in the heart of Liverpool.

Totalling over 3,500 sq ft of office space, Orbit has signed agreements with leading solicitors firm, Berkson Globe Partnership and project management and construction cost consultants Vextrix Management Limited.

Berkson Globe Partnership who specialise in family law, will accommodate the whole of the second floor, whilst new start-up company Vextrix will accommodate 700 sq ft of first floor space at the property.

Dennis Dwyer, divisional director for Merseyside at Orbit Developments said: "The recently refurbished and highly adaptable property provides the perfect solution for both Berkson Globe Partnership and Vextrix Management".

"We have recently seen a growing interest in our Merseyside portfolio, and these new deals highlight that there is still the demand for quality office space in the area".

Granite Building which compromises sub-basement, lower ground, ground and four upper floor levels, is located in a prominent position close to the junction of Stanley and Dale Street in Liverpool.

It boasts excellent public transport links, and is in close proximity to all local amenities including some of Liverpool's finest shops and restaurants.
