Esquires Coffee Houses at Orbit's Regent House

Regent House in Stockport offers both serviced and conventional space, on flexible lease terms for business looking for offices.

Esquires Coffee Houses has taken space at Orbit Development's Regent House, Stockport and business is booming.

This new venture for Esquires sees them operating from the ground floor at Regent House, providing a variety of hot and cold food, snacks and beverages, for both Regent House and the adjacent Beckwith House tenants.

The coffee house area also provides seating for up to 15 people at the rear of Regent House and is easily accessed from the main reception.

Esquires Coffee opened their first coffee house in Vancouver, Canada in 1993 before crossing the Atlantic to London in 2000.

Esquires Coffee began serving fair-trade coffee in 2007 and earlier this year took space at Regent House to widen their customer base by providing a weekday service of food and drinks for the buildings occupiers.

Shakeel Ahmed, Manager at Esquires Coffee said: "The move into Regent House is a new venture for us as it is different to any of our other locations".

"We have not been based within a commercial building before and Regent House has proved to be the perfect choice of building due to the variety of businesses within it".

"Orbit worked quickly and efficiently in assisting us with fitting-out the space to our specification and we were operational within a few days of completing the deal".

"Zoe Kirk, Regional Office Manager said: "We were delighted to be approached by Esquires Coffee and couldn't have predicted the extent of their success since they opened their coffee house within Regent House.

The tenants were also thrilled to learn that Esquires Coffee was going to be trading in the building and many visit the coffee house throughout the day to purchase hot drinks and snacks.

"Orbit Developments worked with Esquires Coffee Houses to provide the best space for them, and the deal highlights how Orbit can provide a multitude of space within Stockport to suit any businesses needs," said Zoe Kirk.
