During his year at PAC international, John became a member of the ISMM (the UK's professional sales body) and acquired a deep understanding of access control through his 'hands' on approach.
By giving full technical support to installers, he knew his knowledge base would grow significantly.
With so much customer contact John gained an insight into other companies that manufactured access control products.
