The Passivent ventilation system eliminates the issue of condensation forming and potentially damaging both the building fabric and residents' health.

Previous use of traditional extract fans resulted in issues of condensation when residents turn the fans off.

The Passivent ventilation system offers a fan per flat and extracts damp air from wet rooms using a central low-energy DC fan.

The system uses planned air routes through each apartment with air inlets in the dry rooms drawing fresh air into the building.

Used, moist air is extracted from the wet rooms by extract fans, some automatic some manually controlled.

The extracts are linked via ducting to a continually running, low energy and quiet fan.

Passivent offers independent BBA certification across its range.
