Bacou-Dalloz new team at Perfect Fit Glove

Steve Spotts named Vice President and General Manager of Perfect Fit Glove, the hand protection business unit of Bacou-Dalloz.

Steve Spotts was recently named Vice President and General Manager of Perfect Fit Glove, the hand protection business unit of parent company Bacou-Dalloz.

Spotts has been with the Bacou-Dalloz organization for 9 years and brings extensive product management, product engineering, marketing and knowledge of the PPE industry to his new role.

His experience in developing and launching successful new products in a competitive market will help the Perfect Fit Glove team as they prepare to launch a new line of gloves into the North American marketplace in the beginning of the second quarter of 2007.

I am excited about the opportunity to revitalize the business and elevate the Perfect Fit Glove brand in the marketplace said Spotts when the announcement was made last week of his decision to leave his current role as Vice President Operations for Miller Fall Protection.

Miller, the global leader in Fall Protection, is also a business unit of Bacou-Dalloz and Spotts has been instrumental in the success of the company.

The changing face of the glove business in North America required a fresh approach to looking at the manufacturing capabilities and supply chain currently in place in the organization.

Steve brings the strong management and team building capabilities necessary to drive business to high levels of performance, says Brice de La Morandiere, Sr.

Vice President - Body Division of Bacou-Dalloz, when discussing Spott's energy and passion for re-engineering the glove division to increase product innovation and service levels.
