Pegler has added a number of new heating controls to its 'Terrier' branded heating controls portfolio.

Pegler has added a number of new heating controls to its already impressive 'Terrier' branded heating controls portfolio, a range that has seen increasing acceptance in recent months by installers and specifiers in the building sector The range includes state-of-the-art programmers, along with simple to use electromechanical programmers, radiator valves - manual and TRV's - room, frost and cylinder thermostats, wiring centres, motorised valves and circulating pumps

Geoff Matthews is Pegler's Senior Product Manager for the heating controls side of the company's business: "The Terrier manual and thermostatic radiator valve range is well known and respected across the industry".

"Since launching our heating controls package we've seen increasing interest from installers and specifiers looking to buy the whole controls package from us and we've had requests to offer some of the controls in different finishes".

"We've responded to this demand and now offer programmers and room thermostats in white which has already been well received by many of those looking for us to make this move".

"The new controls are available through merchants now".

Pegler has a track record of making new additions to its heating controls portfolio in response to requests from its customers.

Earlier this year, it added two simple to operate electro-mechanical programmers to the range in response to requirements from providers of social housing, looking for a simpler control system for perhaps older and more vulnerable tenants, who might have problems operating the state-of-the-art programmers on the market.

In addition, Pegler recently launched its range of decorative radiator valves to cater for the hugely growing market for decorative radiators and towel warmers in modern bathrooms and kitchens.

This complements its manual and thermostatic radiator valve range".

"All these products are aesthetically pleasing whilst benefiting from the traditional 'built-in' quality and reliability that is synonymous with the 'Terrier' branding," says Geoff Matthews.

"We're pleased that there are very few people out there in the know who don't recognise the offering we have available now - either specifiers or plumbers and heating installers - and we're seeing increased interest both in individual controls but importantly to us, in the full suite of controls we have to offer".

"It's a competitive marketplace, with some very big players out there, but it's very encouraging that so many installers and specifiers are looking at our products in competition with the market leaders - we are certain we can offer significant benefits to customers.".
