Launch of Roofscan Thermographic Roof Surveys
Permanite Engineered Roofing Systems launch comprehensive roof survey service utilising state-of-the-art infrared technology.
Permanite Engineered Roofing Systems (PERS) has launched a comprehensive roof survey service utilising state-of-the-art infrared technology which will give building owners a more accurate diagnosis of the state of their roofs.
Roofscan Thermographic Roof Surveys uses a thermographic camera which is able to see temperature differences within the roof structure and which can pinpoint areas of moisture ingress within the waterproofing system.
This allows clients to receive the correct information on the condition of their roofing stock.
The none invasive survey reveals areas of moisture ingress that the eye cannot see.
Terry Davis of Permanite Engineered Roofing Systems said: "We are able to make accurate diagnoses of roofs to give our clients the correct and accurate information on which to base their decisions upon.
This service, using the very latest technology and analysis tools, is perfect for all building owners, property managers and any client who is planning the maintenance of their building stock, enabling their budgets to go further.
"We provide a full comprehensive survey report on the state of the clients' roof, which includes thermographic images, roof plans, moisture analysis and much more, and allows the client to make an informed choice about any action needed and options with regards to re-waterproofing".
The new thermographic roof survey service will save clients considerable inconvenience as well as making financial savings.
Previously, where large areas of roof, or even entire roofs, will have been removed and renovated in order to address localised problems, the thermographic roof survey enables clients to deal directly with the problem areas without unnecessarily disturbing areas of the roof which are not damaged by water ingress.
Permanite Engineered Roofing Systems has produced a new Roofscan Thermographic Roof Surveys brochure which explains the science of thermography and which outlines the complete roof survey service offered.
Copies of the brochure are available FREE.
