Permanite Engineered Roofing Systems has launched Roofstar T PLUS, a superior mastic asphalt roofing system which delivers distinct benefits including an unrivalled 12 year material guarantee, access to Technical Advisory Service, access to Specification Service and which is accompanied by a wide range of system accessories including vapour control layer, insulation, sheathing felt separation layer, solar reflective paint and edge trims.

Although kitemarked and covered by BSI certification, Roofstar T PLUS exceeds the requirements of the British Standards certification and gives improved laying qualities and greater thermal stability due to the addition of 25% Trinidad Lake Asphalt to the asphaltic cement composition.

Suitable for insulated warm roof or un-insulated cold roofs and inverted and green roof specifications, Roofstar T PLUS is supplied in either block form or as hot charge directly to site in purpose built transporters.
