Flooring contractor Peter Evans Flooring teams up with Cardiff-based construction specialists OPCO to provide luxury floor coverings for 85 residential apartments.

Premier flooring contractor Peter Evans Flooring of Barry, Mid Glamorgan once again team up with Cardiff-based construction specialists OPCO to provide luxury floorcoverings for the 85 residential apartments for Phase V of Charles Church's Century Wharf development in Cardiff Bay.
