Peugeot officially launched its hand saws series worldwide at Batimat show in Paris (November 7-12, 2005).
Peugeot introduces with this line a new unique 'easy cut' concept called 'Energycut' with a patented progressive denture design, a combination of small teeth and large teeth on the same blade providing in no time a very precise cut with less effort than a conventional saw.
Peugeot Titanium protected blades are also new to the market.
Titanium offers long-lasting performance and make the blade quasi indentable.
Peugeot Energycut Titanium saws cut faster than any conventional saws.
Peugeot titanium teeth are 3 times harder than conventional Hard Point saws.
And induction hardened teeth called Super Hard Point stay sharp 5 to 7 times longer than resharpenable teeth.
Four lengths are available for the Peugeot blades: 15, 18, 20 and 22 inches.
Peugeot Energycut hand saws Energycut and Titanium series will be available simultaneously in several countries including the USA.
A full range of other Peugeot hand saws are also available: hand saws for professionals (masonry saws), specifically designed to cut plasters, floor laminates, timber, cellular concrete as well as back saws, dovetail saws, compass saws.
All Peugeot hand saws have a thicker handle for the ultimate grip: a handle ergonomically designed for better control.
The handle is fixed to the blade by three screws for maximum safety.
All blades are protected by a sleeve with consumer information regarding the product Peugeot hand saws have a manufacturer's suggested retail price ranging from $7.99 to $24.99 and a limited lifetime warranty against defects in material and workmanship.
