Phelan Construction has completed two major fit-out projects for restaurant and nightclub brands in Liverpool and London.

Phelan Construction was chosen to complete the fit out project at the Chaophraya Thai bar and restaurant in Liverpool, taking the building from its shell to completion within 13 weeks.

The firm has also recently completed work on a relocation project for China White, the prestigious night club.

Phelan Construction was responsible for the fit out of the new London premises but were faced with the restrictions imposed by a Grade II Listed building that required consent from English Heritage and Westminster Conservation before works on the nightclub interiors could go ahead.
