Fast move for insurance giant
Pick Everard has completed work on the fast track construction of a 1000 staff capacity customer service centre for Norwich Union.
A team of project managers, civil, structural, highway engineering and environmental engineers at Glasgow-based Pick Everard has completed work on the fast track construction of a £9million, 1000 staff capacity customer service centre for Norwich Union in East Dunbartonshire The impressive new building was handed over on 7 August and staff moved in on 10 August

Strathkelvin Development Company, the development arm of East Dunbartonshire Council, first appointed Pick Everard in 2004 to develop the infrastructure for a brownfield site originally intended for industrial buildings.
When the brief changed from industrial to commercial development, work revealed that the site needed £1.5million of enabling and remediation works including re-contouring following removal of an extensive 1.5m deep layer of underground concrete.
