Architectural and engineering practice Pick Everard announce acquisition of Rothera Goodwin.
Following successful collaboration on recent projects, architectural and engineering practice Pick Everard has announced the acquisition of highly respected Derby architectural practice Rothera Goodwin New jobs will be created as a result of the merger - staff will be recruited for both Rothera Goodwin's Derby and London offices

Founded in 1966, Rothera Goodwin has a staff of 15, based in Derby city centre's cathedral quarter and in London.
Paul Rothera and Ian Goodwin have welcomed the acquisition by Pick Everard, which provides an opportunity to offer comprehensive multi-disciplinary design services to clients and to expand.
The firm will continue to trade as Rothera Goodwin and there will be no changes to the current management team.
"Both practices have similar values and aspirations".

Mark Plampin, corporate finance partner at PKF in the East Midlands, advised Pick Everard on the deal.
He said: "The collaboration with Rothera Goodwin is a great commercial move for both practices, that will strengthen client relationships and present new opportunities in an increasingly competitive market for architectural services".
