Exhibition visitors invited to safety seminars
UK based training consultancy Pivotal Performance invite those attending the Safety and Health Exhibition at the NEC to register for free seminar on behavioural safety.
UK based training consultancy Pivotal Performance invite those attending the Safety and Health Exhibition at the NEC from 22-24 May to register for a free seminar on behavioural safety.
Following on from their successful seminars at the IOD in London and Stirling Castle in 2006, attended by senior health and safety professionals, Pivotal have organised two shorter seminars to demonstrate how a holistic approach to behavioural safety can raise the safe performance of the organisation.
Renowned for their high pass rates on accredited health and safety programmes, Pivotal propose that behavioural safety is a complex problem and not a quick fix.
They work with an organisation to provide a holistic approach that incorporates health and safety training and consultancy with organisational change, leadership development and coaching.
This approach has attracted interest from a number of health and safety professionals, and Pivotal is delighted to be working with a number of clients from diverse backgrounds on this issue.
The seminars will follow the format of the previous seminars which attracted guests from a wide range of industries including pharmaceuticals, retail, utilities, local government, finance, rail, manufacturing and construction.
Guest speakers on this occasion will include Jacquie Glass from Balfour Beatty and Ken Francey from ExxonMobil who will be presenting their views on behavioural safety in practice.
Both seminars will be held on the 23rd May in the Gallery Suites at the NEC on the upper level a short distance from the main hall.
The morning seminar begins at 11am and the afternoon seminar at 2pm.
If you would like to register for the event and guarantee your place on the day please call 0870 600 3113 or you can log on to reserve your free place online at the website.
