Penalty Driven Environmental Legislation
Increasing tendency for environmental legislation to be penalty driven rather than incentive driven.
Thirty seven percent of companies questioned responded that they were nervous regarding the new WAH legislation, and a further 19% listed themselves as neutral.

Darren Gamage, sales and marketing director at Pivotal, commented: "This says it all - 37% of companies across a range of industries are feeling nervous about the introduction of the new WAH laws.
